Terms
The terms,
in plain words.
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Studio. Using it means you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use it.
1. Your account
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
2. What you make is yours
Your copy, your images, your Keep entries, your brand — all yours. We claim no ownership and no licence to use them beyond running the service for you: storing them, rendering them, and sending them to the platforms you choose. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not publish it anywhere you did not ask us to.
3. What you publish is your responsibility
You are responsible for what goes out under your name. Don’t publish anything unlawful, anything you have no right to use, or anything that breaks the rules of the platform receiving it. A model can draft copy, but you approve every post, and approving it makes it yours.
4. The platforms are not ours
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X and LinkedIn are run by other companies under their own terms. They can change their APIs, their limits, and their pricing, and they can suspend accounts and apps. When one of them does, features here can stop working through no fault of either of us. Your accounts there remain governed by their terms as well as these.
YouTube
Studio uses YouTube API Services to upload your videos, post a comment under them, and show you how they performed. By connecting a YouTube channel or using any YouTube feature in Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and ours in our privacy policy. You can remove Studio’s access to your YouTube data at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by disconnecting the channel in Studio.
5. Publishing is not atomic
A post can go to several platforms at once, and they can fail independently. If two succeed and one fails, the two that succeeded are live and are not rolled back — we cannot reliably unpublish on your behalf, and pretending otherwise would be worse than saying so. You will be told which platform failed and why.
6. Availability
This runs on a single server. We do not promise uptime, and there is no support guarantee. Things will occasionally be down for maintenance or because something broke.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost reach, lost revenue, or lost goodwill from a post that went out wrong, went out late, or did not go out. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending it
Stop using it whenever you like, and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that puts the service or its other users at risk. Sections 2, 3, 7 and 8 survive.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and we will say so. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
