A platform is refusing to connect.
Instagram needs a Business or Creator account that is linked to a Facebook Page you administer — a personal Instagram account cannot publish through the API. X and LinkedIn need the account you sign in with to be the one you want to post as.
A post went to some platforms and not others.
Publishing is not transactional: there is no un-post, so a failure on the third network leaves the first two live. History shows the per-platform result of every send, and the failed one can be re-sent on its own.
